The world has an America problem. Washington’s paranoiac claims of armed altruism in Syria are a humbug. They regularly lie to use force and shamelessly sell wars to the American people. They bully nations to accept their version of the half truths.
The US officials gave false evidence to annihilate Iraq. Both its Afghanistan and Libya story had big holes. Once again, it is spreading blatant falsehood to invade Syria. President Obama, a noble peace prize winner, is professing, yet another war. The American President is in such a tearing hurry to go to war that even before the UN inspectors could enter Syria, he started announcing that the Syrian government was the culprit. Based on unverified videos, the pitch of drumbeats of war is reaching a deafening crescendo. The only stern and sane vice in this entire conflict has emanated from Russia where President Putin has clearly said, “I find it absolutely ridiculous that [Syrian] government’s armed forces, which today are actually on an offense mission and in some regions have already encircled the so-called rebels and are finishing them off, that the Syrian army has used prohibited chemical weapons.”
Unmoved by the authenticated pictures of mayhem caused by their deed in Nagasaki, Vietnam, Fallujah, Baghdad, Kabul and in Libya, the hardened criminals in Washington are at it again. Using Arthur Sibler’s words, the American leadership clings “to with the neurotic terror of the criminal who fears exposure at any moment, disguises a fact that has assumed awful, overwhelming clarity to much of the rest of the world: that Americans are among the most vicious killers who have ever lived.”
The most recent falsehood popping out from the hacked email account of Col. Anthony J. Macdonald’s, General Staff Director, Operations and Plans Office of the Deputy Chief of Staff for Intelligence the US Army Staff, clearly suggest that the Syrian chemical attack videos are a part of the ‘False Flag Operation (FFO) launched by the US special forces to invade Syria. Anthony’s wife internet conversation with her friend has further indicated that the video of children killed in the chemical attack near Damascus was staged-managed. As the emails reveal, no children were gassed in Damascus. After the show, the child-actors were safely returned to their parents.
This propaganda operation is exactly similar to Nayirah’s 1990 emotional testimony before the Congress Human Rights Caucus, where she narrated a concocted story about Iraqi soldiers killed infants by taking them out from incubators. The world believed this propaganda prepared by American PR firm, Hill & Knowlton. Two years later the truth tumbled out. It was revealed that Nayirah was not a victim of Iraqi invasion of Kuwait. She was the well-protected daughter of Kuwaiti ambassador to United Sates. Her innocence had been used to perpetrate lies and launch Tomahawk cruise missiles on hapless Iraqis. Needless to mention here the bundle of lies rolled up in General Powell’s WMD presentation to the United Nations that was used to destroy Iraq in the beginning of 21st century.
The American PR agencies know that lies are like pregnancy that show up only after some time has elapsed. This time gap before the lies begin to become visible is the window of opportunity that the Pentagon utilizes to launch its offensive and achieve its purpose. Once mission has been accomplished, the exposure of their lies hardly bothers them. They encourage media discussions on false claims to launch war and make them compete with the victory parade and the tales of plight of war wounded. The result is that the truth either gets categorized as conspiracy theory or is made to exhaust and get buried under the debris of death and destruction.
Demonizing the Assad regime has been on for two years. Despite making several moves to Balkanize Syria, both the Obama and Israeli administration have miserably failed to make much headway. The Syrian rebel forces aided, funded and armed by Western stooges in Qatar and Saudi Arabia are in no position to offer any credible alternative.
The Israelis are desperate. It is well known that the American empire and the Israeli fortunes are in a downward spiral. The next ten years are most likely to witness not only the decline of dollar hegemony but also the dismantling of Israeli crutches. After creating mayhem in the region, Israel’s only hope of survival lie in breaking up the region and emasculating Iran. This is exactly the game that both America and Israel are hell bent on playing.
China, at the moment is only capable of using its moral force and veto in Security Council to stop the American juggernaut from rolling. It is Russia, with its vast experience of handling US terror and tantrums that can tame Pentagon from indulging in yet another unnecessary war.
