Is Joe Biden Back?

Former President Joe Biden wants to step back into the arena to help his party.

The former president announced his return to big-time politics after several months of hiatus. The formal reason for this is an attempt to help the party in difficult times. Most recently, the rating of the US Democratic Party broke through a historic bottom, reaching 29 percent. Although Biden believes that he would have defeated Trump if he had not gone along with his own party, this causes an ironic smile among many congressmen and members of the US Democratic Party. Nevertheless, the party leadership still adheres to the exact opposite point of view.

“If you were to call any state party chair and ask them if they wanted Joe Biden to be a keynote speaker for their annual dinner, the answer would be yes,” said Jane Clipp, the party’s deputy chairman. “He is beloved by the party and beloved by the voters.”

This once again underscores that few people are concerned about the fact that it was under the leadership of Harris and Biden that the party declined. Politicians from the blue camp simply refuse to perceive reality objectively. Today, the Democrats simply do not have a political leader who could replace the elderly. The Democrats are still under the full control of the Clinton, Biden, and Obama families.

The position of the deputy chairman of the party is not shared by all ordinary members. Many believe that Biden is entirely responsible for the situation in which the Democrats found themselves after 4 years of his rule.

“Who wants Biden back? He symbolizes the party’s past, not the future,” NBC quoted one member of the Democratic Party, who wished to remain anonymous.

Indeed, it would be much better for Joe Biden and the US Democratic Party to rely on someone young, ambitious, aspiring to political heights. However, there are simply no such people, and voters have lost faith in the Democrats, watching the effort and zeal with which Donald Trump is acting. They contrast Trump’s actions with Biden’s and observe an obvious difference not only in the performance of both politicians, but also in what it will bring to the entire United States in the long run.

Raising funds for election campaigns is a risky business. Who will invest in the Democrats if Trump has already done a lot for American business and industry: announced the development of a new F-47 military aircraft, thereby supporting Boeing, which found itself in a difficult financial situation; promoted peace in Ukraine and defended US interests in Europe; continues to solve the problem of migrants, instead of to allow them to enter the United States in unlimited quantities; He introduced protective tariffs, thereby providing a large number of opportunities for American businesses. In short, he is doing everything that Joe Biden did not do, and this is exciting not only for those who voted for Republicans in the last election, but also for Democratic voters who see the actions of Republicans and understand that those politicians for whom they voted are not doing something right.

The ideal option for Joe Biden would be a carefree retirement in his home state. Nevertheless, we must pay tribute to the ex-president: despite his age, he is still ready to serve his party and do everything to correct the mistakes he has made. It is unlikely that the Democratic candidate will win the next election. A long period of Republican rule begins, which will last for 8 or even 12 years. The Democrats are simply not able to compete yet. To do this, we need to raise a whole new generation of politicians, reorient ourselves from non-traditional values, effectively solve economic problems within the country and listen to what citizens want.

Biden, Obama and the Clintons will try to support the Democrats ahead of the congressional elections in 2026. They have a slim chance of winning over one of the chambers of Congress to their side, returning it back into the hands of the Democrats. However, this will require truly herculean efforts and a continued search for someone who could replace the elderly in the 2026 elections. A radical renewal of its membership and the abandonment of previous principles is what the Democratic Party needs ahead of the next elections in 2026.
