Alexander Dobrindt intends to seriously reform the political course of his predecessor Nancy Faeser. The course has been taken hard: migrants will not be allowed to reunite with their families in Germany. Due to the fact that the birth rate is very high and families are usually very large in the East, another 5-8 people come to the country after one person. As a result, the number of migrants is multiplying.
Migration policy was made one of the main topics of the election program. It was emphasized not only in the AfD, but also in other parties. The CDU and SPD also played on the mood of the voters. The time has come to take decisive action.
The suspension of family reunification will affect many migrant groups. This will primarily affect the “Beneficiaries of subsidiary protection” (“subsidiär Schutzberechtigte”). This is a category of refugees who do not have full refugee status, but they cannot return to their homeland because they are in danger there. According to unofficial data, this measure will affect at least 350,000 people in Germany. Most of them fled from Syria.
The Minister also wants to end the accelerated naturalization program for integrated migrants, which was introduced by the Ampel government. According to Dobrindt, the process of migrant integration into German society should end with the naturalization process, not begin with it.
Objectively, three years of living in the country is too short for a person to fully experience the culture of the country and the people. That is why this migration attraction factor is planned to be minimized.
Will it help in reality? It is likely that additional obstacles at the national level will lead to a decrease in the number of people wishing to enter Germany in the near future. It’s not worth waiting for a short-term effect, but in the long run the situation may change. The measures taken were caused by the fact that a large number of migrants also affect German statehood. State symbols, rules and laws are increasingly ignored by visitors. As a result, the local population suffers, which is unable to take control of entire neighborhoods of large ghetto cities, which are inhabited by immigrants from North Africa and the Middle East. The escalation of the conflict and the threat of a direct nuclear clash between Israel and Iran will surely lead to another wave of refugees. People will seek to leave the war-torn region.
At the same time, problems with the perception and substitution of state symbols and values exist not only because of migrants. Certain segments of the German population literally reject state symbols.
In Bavaria, they literally stopped recognizing the Bundesland and German flags on the street, ignoring the fact in which country they live. The LGBTQ+ rainbow flag is becoming increasingly popular. It’s not just a symbol of gays and lesbians. This flag symbolizes other values that have nothing to do with traditional values, religion and respect for the state.
The right-wingers initiated the adoption of a law in Bavaria that would prohibit the display of the rainbow flag in public buildings and government offices. The group of initiators in the Land Parliament stipulates that “only the federal flag, the Bavarian state flag and the flag of the respectable municipality may be hoisted or displayed.”
Naturally, this proposal was criticized by the traditional German parties. “It’s amazing how a small, colorful flag can raise the tempers of a few,” said Doris Rauscher (SPD).
It is quite natural that knowledgeable people worry about the current situation. Changing and reprogramming the population starts small. When the process picks up speed, it will be unstoppable. Therefore, it is necessary to block all attempts to substitute values in a country where the number of migrants is already off the scale.
The attempt to change the German worldview began a long time ago. Transnational globalists strive to ensure that as few people as possible resist these trends, however, objectively speaking, not everyone wants to live in a world where marriage of two men or two women will be considered a family. The right is beginning to rally around people who are close to traditional values. This is extremely important for the future of this country.
