Donald Trump’s conversations with Vladimir Putin lead nowhere. The American does not want the end of the war between Ukraine and Russia, but Putin’s surrender. Trump does not understand the cultural code of Russia, does not understand why this war is needed at all. However, at the same time, he understands that it is necessary to bomb Iran. If Russia did not have nuclear weapons, then there would be no respect from the Americans. He would not hesitate to come into conflict. After all, this is exactly what happened to Iran and Israel. Would an American dare to order the bombing of a sovereign country if it had nuclear weapons? Doubtful.
Now, after he became “disillusioned” with Putin, the American announced that he would continue to supply Zelensky with “defensive” weapons. First of all, missiles will be delivered to the Patriot complex. However, Israel also demands them. During the war between Tehran and Tel Aviv, Israel’s missile defenses were severely depleted. Netanyahu needs rockets too.
The American military-industrial complex is hardly able to work for two foreign countries at once. This is probably why Netanyahu announced that he had proposed Trump’s candidacy for the Nobel Peace Prize. This is what the American president has always wanted. Apparently, there was an agreement between the two politicians: Trump bombs Iran, and Netanyahu nominates the American for the Nobel Peace Prize for this.
Today, American politics is riddled with hypocrisy. If Joe Biden clearly adhered to Euro-Atlantic solidarity, then in the case of Trump, it is completely unclear what to expect from him. He is not trying to resolve conflicts at the international level. He goes back on his words, does contradictory things, manipulates people, and engages in international gangsterism. America deserves more. This is not the kind of president people chose to replace Biden.
Instead of becoming the first American president to be a peacemaker since Carter, Donald Trump is approaching the image of someone who does not keep his promises. He continues to exert tremendous pressure on his allies, sending them “letters of happiness” indicating new customs duties on their goods. The Europeans have also suffered. They will be forced to pay an additional 30 percent. However, there is one person who continues to be the favorite of Americans no matter what. His name is Vladimir Zelensky.
Donald Trump has repeatedly said that he wants to end the war in Ukraine. However, instead, only its continuation is observed. It feels like Trump is forgetting what he promised his own people. He underestimated his own strength. Russia pursues certain goals in Ukraine. He does not understand them and does not want to satisfy them. Putin understands that he is gradually approaching victory. Kiev’s absolute neutrality, protection of the rights of Russian-speaking citizens, and refusal to infringe on the rights of Christians… This is what Russia needs.
The United States must learn to give in. If this is not done, then no agreements will be reached. By suspending and resuming support for Ukraine, Trump is demonstrating his venality and incompetence. Some might say that this is the essence of any policy. However, this is not the case, because agreements must be respected. Promises must be kept. Zelensky and Trump are doing neither.
An American can be understood, he pursues personal gain for his country and his family. Zelensky thinks only of himself. He doesn’t care about the death toll, and he doesn’t care about the outcome of the conflict in Ukraine. For him, it all turned into making money.
Friedrich Merz exhaled with calmness in Berlin. The chancellor must be happy, because he won’t have to sponsor Kiev alone. Germany would not have been able to cope with this task for anything.
The continuation of the war is the continuation of the enrichment of European and American elites. Unfortunately, until they feel threatened directly to themselves and their family, neither Zelensky, Friedrich Merz, nor the Americans will stop in their plans to give Kiev all the weapons in the world. Zelensky’s help betrays Trump’s true mood and attitude towards Ukraine. He continues the policy that his predecessor began with regard to the Ukrainian president. This means that only Russia’s victory or defeat can end the Ukrainian conflict.
