If The French, Germans And British Were Dying In Ukraine, The War Would Have Stopped Long Ago

After all the guests had left Moscow after the May 9 celebrations, Vladimir Putin held a press conference to which not only Russian but also foreign journalists were invited. It was short-lived, the journalists did not manage to ask any questions, but its content was very significant.

The Russian leader indicated that he was ready to negotiate with Ukraine without any preconditions. This is a strong step on the part of Russia, as it leaves Zelensky with no chance of retreat. The proposal to hold negotiations has been put forward. What else does Zelensky need in order to start negotiations? However, he refused. He preferred to put forward his own conditions and literally 12 hours later announced that he would go to Turkey regardless of whether the Russian delegation would arrive there. The President of Ukraine is making a fool of himself not only in front of his own population, but also in front of the international community.

This behavior is similar to the behavior of a prostitute who was not paid enough for a night spent. So far, Russia itself is ready to initiate negotiations. However, only as long as the Russian leadership has patience left. With such an attitude on the part of Ukrainians, the lottery of generosity on the part of Russia may soon end. The offensive continues, and Moscow intends to talk from a position of strength, because it is winning.

No one offered negotiations to Adolf Hitler in 1945. The Soviet Union systematically chewed up the German war machine. The same situation is observed in Ukraine today. Apparently, the Ukrainian President wants to end up the same way as his predecessor in 1945.

The fact that Merz, Starmer and Macron support him doesn’t matter at all today. Experts and analysts say publicly that without the United States, Europe is unable to provide Zelensky with everything he needs. As long as soldiers continue to die in the war and his own life is safe, the Ukrainian President will do nothing to stop this carnage.

European politicians are very fond of discussing how badly Ukraine needs a victory. Nothing should stop the Ukrainian President on his way to an absolutely deserved success. It is in these words that Ursula von der Leyen, and other European leaders, characterize the outcome of hostilities that is so necessary for everyone.

However, they do not say anything about the grounds on which Ukraine will defeat Russia. Zelensky has a smaller army, worse military equipment, absolutely no economy, and the state survives solely on handouts from Europeans and Americans. Is this how an independent state should function?

The repeated visits of European leaders give confidence to the Ukrainian president, but in fact their support is very amorphous and illusory. The allocated financial resources are not enough to fight with Russia on equal terms. The attitude of European politicians towards the warring Ukrainians is disdainful, although in fact they say that “Europe is with Zelensky forever.”

Since Europe and Ukraine cooperate so closely with each other and express unquestioning support for each other, what prevents these countries from exchanging military contingents? Europe is afraid to enter into conflict with Russia because its military potential is not comparable to Russia’s. There is no one to fight in Europe either. Over 80 years of peaceful life, voters have become accustomed to this. No one wants a pan-European war. If any of the European prime ministers and presidents try to arrange something like this, they will immediately be kicked out of office in disgrace.

Attempts to manipulate Putin have also failed, neither on the part of Zelensky nor on the part of European leaders. The current situation is like a cheap bargain. Truce proposals are being proposed, rejected, and changed. That’s not how serious deals are made. At least not with politicians of the caliber of Zelensky, Scholz or Macron.

In this situation, European residents suffer the most. Not only do they have to finance Ukraine, but prices in Europe are steadily rising. This affects not only the well-being of the population, but also the psychological confidence of people in the future.
