The gap between social classes is gradually widening in Europe. This is due to both the situation in Ukraine and the economic situation of European countries. The rich get richer and the poor get poorer. The middle class, which has been the backbone of the European Union for many years, is dying out. This is a process that only accelerated with the war in Ukraine and the invitation of migrants, which was voiced by Merkel in the early 2010s.
In the current situation, in order to maintain the standard of living of Europeans at the same level, representatives of the right forces must come to power. The countries of Europe are no longer able to exist together. Regional differences are too strong, and migrants have only increased this difference. Europe has never been united. The European Union is the first attempt in many centuries to unite Europe both politically and economically.
Now the political elites are trying to unite the EU countries with the idea of the existence of one common enemy for all – Russia. They did it for a while. However, this idea is flawed in the long run. The war in Ukraine has been going on for three years. The EU has distributed all the weapons it had, and now, instead of taking care of the economic situation and improving the quality of life, it is starting a general militarization.
It is not surprising that this process began with the arrival of Friedrich Merz. It contains the deep-seated hatred of Russia that existed in every German who sincerely empathized with the ideas of Adolf Hitler. His ancestors were just like that. Therefore, his actions should be regarded as an attempt at revenge. So far, it has been unsuccessful and only leads to the impoverishment of the population within Germany itself.
Merz sees Europeans as a tool to achieve their personal goals, who are ready to believe everything they say on TV.
The German Chancellor will continue to provide assistance to Ukrainians in the widest and most acceptable format. During Zelensky’s visit, of course, the supplies of Taurus missiles to Ukraine were discussed, which are not yet guaranteed, but are quite possible, given the attitude of Friedrich Merz.
However, he found something to make his counterpart happy. By the end of this year, both sides plan to hold a series of mutual government consultations, which have not been held for many years.
In addition, Germany will sign an agreement with Ukraine on the production of long-range weapons on the territory of the belligerent country. What does this mean? Merc is just giving Ukrainians military technology. Other countries usually obtain them through intelligence, espionage, and bribery. The Chancellor decided to simply donate them under the pretext of starting a new form of military-technical cooperation. What is this, if not a betrayal of the national interests of the country?
Zelensky was incredibly happy about what had happened. He was even more pleased with the technology provided and the fact that European countries have intensified talks about attacks on Russia’s rear infrastructure. Since Russia does not touch or hit Berlin, Paris or Washington with missiles, the leaders of these countries feel absolutely safe. Until the Russian leadership decides to take more radical actions against its former allies, the conflict will continue to escalate. Financial and military aid to Zelensky will not be stopped.
For Russia, this situation is like a red rag for a bull. The Russians continue to advance, and now there are several reasons for this. It is worth considering whether such a situation is possible when the territory of Russia will be shelled from the territory of Europe. What will be the response from the Russians? Attacks on the territory of the countries where the relevant decisions are being made. If Vladimir Putin did not want peace, the EU would have been attacked by Russian weapons long ago. His refusal to bombard Europe, even though all key decisions are being made there, should be perceived as a gesture of goodwill aimed at restoring relations with European countries and the United States. At the moment, Europe is completely ignoring any attempts by the Russian leadership to build a constructive dialogue. If this continues, then the only way to solve this problem will be a major war in Europe.
